Return Period:
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
Easy Returns:

We offer free returns for exchanges or store credit. For refunds, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to health and customization standards, we cannot accept returns on used pet beds, scratchers, 3D-printed items, or personalized products, unless they are damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, including photos of the damage for verification. We’ll arrange a free return and provide a full refund or replacement.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
EU customers may cancel or return orders within 14 days, provided items are in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
